2. What personal data we process
We process only the data you provide to us yourself, or that arises from using our services.
2a. Contact form and service enquiry
- First and last name
- E-mail address
- Company name
- Message content
2b. AI Audit (B2B engagement)
- Contact and billing details under the concluded contract
- Process information shared as part of the engagement (for details see the individual work contract)
2c. Technical data when visiting the website
- IP address (anonymised)
- Browser type, operating system
- Pages you visit and time of visit
- Referral source (where you came from)
We process this data through an analytics tool that runs without cookies and without identifying specific people. We do not use it to identify individuals.
3. Why we process the data and on what basis

4. How long we keep the data
- Contact form and enquiry: 1 year from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship arises.
- Invoices and tax documents: 10 years from the end of the tax period (obligation under tax regulations).
- AI Audit engagement data: Per the individual contract, usually 3 years from the end of the engagement.
- Website analytics data: In anonymised form with no time limit.
5. Who we share the data with (processors)
We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We use the following tools for processing:

6. Your rights
As a data subject you have the right to:
- Access - ask us at any time what data we hold about you.
- Rectification - have incorrect or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure - request deletion of the data (the "right to be forgotten"), where the legal basis for processing has ceased.
- Restriction of processing - in cases laid down by law.
- Portability - receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Objection - object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Our website uses only essential cookies that ensure its basic functionality.
- Essential cookies: Ensure the basic functionality of the site. They do not require consent.
- Analytics: We measure traffic anonymously with a tool that stores no identifying cookies and needs no consent from you.
- Marketing cookies: We do not use remarketing or third-party targeted advertising.
