Do we need our data and processes in order?
No. Whatever state you're in is completely normal - mapping the processes is part of the audit, not a prerequisite you have to prepare in advance.
What if AI doesn't make sense for us yet?
We'll tell you straight. We'd rather save you money than sell you something that isn't worth it.
What happens after the audit?
You have a plan you can roll out on your own, with your IT, or with us. The audit doesn't commit you to any further cooperation.
