From a topic to a finished presentation in a consistent design

Everyone makes a presentation from time to time - but when they become your livelihood, it's time to get help from technology. This solution is a demonstration of an agentic workflow: four agents in demo mode, with no human intervention, expand the brief, find valid sources, prepare the content and create a presentation in an agreed design. Unlike other tools, every presentation looks visually the same even as the content changes. And at the end you get a PDF to share - free.

AI presentation team - an agentic workflow for creating a presentation in a consistent design

How it works

The challenge

Everyone makes a presentation from time to time. But when they become your livelihood, hunting down materials by hand, writing the copy and assembling slides to a template starts eating up a large chunk of your time - a few hours for a simpler presentation, easily a day or two for a more complex one. And even then it's not certain every slide will fit a consistent look.

The solution

We built an agentic workflow of four agents. In demo mode - with no human intervention - they expand the topic brief, find valid sources, prepare the content and finally create the presentation in an agreed design. The key thing is that, unlike other solutions, the presentations keep a consistent look: they look one like another even as the content changes. The output includes a PDF to share with colleagues, and the whole thing is free.

What you get out of it

I'm no advocate of working one hundred percent from AI, so I stick to the 10-80-10 rule: I always set the base myself - whatever the topic, I keep a clearly defined start. Then I let AI do the heavy lifting - detailed research, defining the content and designing the individual pages, where AI really is better than a person. Finally we fine-tune it together. From several hours, and sometimes a day or two, we get down to minutes for simpler presentations and at most two hours for the more complex ones.
